Drinking and partying is now started to become a common event to teenagers which is becoming a trouble to both parents and society. This especially applies to the modern youths who likes to drink hard at parties and celebrations. A recent proposed ordinance was submitted and has a high possibility to pass banning under age youths from going and drinking at local bars at Florida. See the rest of it here:
