Shaking the very foundation of bar-tending around the world. A new style of making cocktails seems to be taking effect. Normally a cocktail is whipped up in a matter of seconds at the bar but these new and exciting cocktails are worth waiting for. They can take up to ten minutes to prepare and are very much worth the time taken to do so just as much as well prepared food is in comparison to fast food. A handcrafted cocktail by Fred Sarkis is surely something that one should discover.
