Hard Rock Hotel was ordered by an Orange County judge to temporarily stop using the names Sweetwater Saloon and Moonstone Lounge's names. This came after a legal dispute between the celebrity bar owner Rande Gerber and the hotel over management rights to the operations of the 2 nightclubs. Virginia restaurants and bars will see theirselves getting less smokier as its legislative house approved a smoking ban on most of the state's restaurants and bars. In Virginia, where one out of five adults smoke, this could mean a great cultural shift. However, the smoking ban in this state is not as bad as in 23 other states and the District. Link: Va.
